VELLA sample black L

The staple Särö skirt with sewn-in bows, darts on the back, two decorative front seams, asymmetrical horizontal seam and a flowy hem cut on the bias. Invisible zipper on the left side.

This sample is size L with a 85cm hem. Made from a satin-like cotton fabric, this skirt is a little thicker and warmer than the original version. This sample was made before we had our overlocker machine, so the finishing on the inside isn't grade A. Doesn't affect the look or wear of the item.

The waist measurement is the most important measurement regarding fit, so we recommend comparing it to your own skirts and waist circumference. Typically your true size fits mid to high-waisted, and a size up makes the skirt sit low-waisted. See more pictures and examples with model measurements here.

MATERIAL

97% cotton, 3% elastane. 

As well as being warmer than our usual cotton, this material is also way less prone to wrinkling! Machine wash in 30 degrees, don't tumble dry.
