Refund policy

Särö Studio is a small, mostly made to order slow fashion label. We do not overproduce and therefore don't have a surplus of stock, which is why exchanges and returns are challenging to us. Please ensure all info and sizing is correct before ordering! Särö Studio has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

IN CASE OF A RETURN/EXCHANGE, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER AND TAKE A CAREFUL LOOK AT THE SIZE CHARTS! Return shipping cost will be the same amount you paid for shipping originally + all possible import/export fees, taxes and handling fees for example. Please note, Särö Studio is unfortunately not able to deliver any orders to PO boxes!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sarostudiofi@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Hämeenkatu 64, 11100 Riihimäki, Kanta-Häme, Finland. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a PDF of the return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Särö Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or possible damages caused by shipping company. We will do our best to assist you, but please note - once a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If you're having problems with shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to inquire the shipping company for information.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, sale items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and send you the refund as soon as possible, within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
