Shipping policy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order and take into consideration if you will still be in the address for the estimated turnaround of the piece you are ordering. Please note, Särö Studio is unfortunately not able to deliver any orders to PO boxes!

 

Delivery time estimates

Finland: 1-5 working days

International: 5-14 working days

Please note that most Särö products are made to order, and therefore you have to include the item production time in the estimate as well! You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking once your item has been sent. Please contact sarostudiofi@gmail.com if you have any issues with shipping.

 

Särö Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or possible damages caused by shipping company. We will do our best to assist you, but please note - once a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If you're having problems with shipping, please contact us and we'll inquire the shipping company for information.

OUR PRICES ON OUR ONLINE STORE DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR WHEN PURCHASING AND IMPORTING TO YOUR COUNTRY.

THESE COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS CHARGES AND LEVIES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

SÄRÖ STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRY'S POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SHIPMENT WHEN TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO AVOID DELAYS.
